Avast email security scan logs don't show the 'apply' option

The exchange email scanner is finding various trojans in mailboxes on my exchange 2003 server
The scan logs show them all with 'move to chest' selected.
However none of these files get to the chest - and there is no 'apply' button (as suggested in the help file)
Any ideas??

Have exactly the same problem,

Extraordinary and worrying that no reply to this simple query.
