How to enable web shield in Settings

When I view my account its telling me web shield is disabled and it can be enabled in the settings.

Where in the settings can web shiled be enabled. 
Avast instructions are very vague. 
I have a paid subscription.

Go to Avast "Settings" > "Active Protection", you will find all three shields there.
