Threat being detected every 30 seconds. Need help please!

Hi, i'm very very new to this forum and i'm sure many other users have had this problem before, but i'm a complete and utter newbie when it comes to dealing with these sort of things!

A threat is being detected LITERALLY every 30 seconds, i'm really worried that my computer may have some serious virus problem.
This is what pops up all this time (the URLs are sometimes slightly different) but I have never visited any of the URLs)

Object: http://37.48.117.50/4141/SegmentProlonger_142669622276339.dll
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

What can I do to get rid of the virus/solve whatever is causing these messages and is it serious?

and attach ( Do not copy/paste ) logs for Malwarebytes ( MBAM ), Farbar Recovery Scan Tool ( FRST ), and aswMBR.exe.

an expert in the removal of malware will help you. You have to be patient since most of them reside in Europe and it is very late over there right now.
