UNA PREGUNTA: TENIA UNAS CARPETAS OCULTAS EN MI ESCRITORIO, DESPUES INSTALARON EL AVAST Y AHORA QUE DESOCULTE YA NO ESTAN LAS SUBCARPETAS QUE TENIA EN LAS CARPETAS OCULTAS. ME URGE RECUPERAR ESTA INFORMACION. SE PUEDE??? SI ALGUIEN SABE SE LOS AGRADECERE MUCHISIMO.

.... DESPUES INSTALARON EL AVAST ...

Te cito tu topico porque Avast no toca carpetas ocultas al instalarlo. Asi que ¿ Quien lo instalo ?

Al menos que hayas hecho un analisis con Avast y Avast haya detectado esas carpetas y las movio al baul de virus sin tu darte cuenta, Avast no elimina nada durante su instalacion.

Como llegar al baul de virus.

Abre Avast > ANALISIS > Analizar en busqueda de virus > Cuarentena ( baul de virus ). Abajito en letras azules.
