Help my password for the avast user interface has been changed

Hello can some 1 help me to able re-enter my avast user interface.

My password has been change while the interface was open, i cannot log in the avast user interface. Now i cant change, update, upgrate not even remove the avast user interface application from my pc.

I wrote many times to avast. first i got a answer to change my account password.. but these are not the same.. i can enter my online avast account.

But i cannot enter my avast user interface..

Is  anybody able to help to find this out.

You will have to perform a clean installation of avast.
