Computer wont reboot when attempting to run grime fighter

it begins the reboot process but stops at a screen with a cursor thats not blinding in the upper left corner. waiting 12 plus hours does nothing.  Please help

GrimeFighter doesn't work with all hardware.
If it is not working for you, ask for a refund.
