False positive on my project

I'm working on a game project with someone else where we are restoring compatibility for old game Need for Speed 3 and avast! is firing Evo-Gen detection on the main file. Please fix it.

The second one is only triggered when extracted from ZIP archive using windows ZIP archiver in Win8.1. It seems like it detects in in memory because it mentions PID number during detection...
