Multiple payments taken
« on: June 03, 2015, 08:04:23 PM »
You have taken two payments from me.I have submitted a support ticket 5 days ago and no-one has replied.

If I do not receive a refund within the next 24hrs I will contact Visa disputes and get ALL of my money back and treat your product in the same way you have treated me, by dumping it...

This has stopped me being able to pay my rent and sent my account overdrawn. Remember the film 'Falling down' with Michael Douglas ??????

Angry...... >:(

@ jeremypoppleton
If you submitted a support ticket 5 days ago as you mentioned (can you post the support ticked ID number here), rather than create a new support ticket as that could lengthen the process. They are dealt with in a first in first out, updating and or creating more tickets, jut starts the click ticking again.

I had a reply to my support ticket and a refund.
However this refund was for the wrong licence which has now stopped my original licence that was being renewed from working.
I now have no Internet protection at all. Can you please sort this out and re - licence this product with the original recurring payment licence.
I have replied to the ticket with the above, 3 days ago, but have had no response and I am still unprotected on-line.

That's what I tried to explain you on my first response on 4 June. You said that the second license didn't work, and thus I refunded it... now you send me screenshots that show that you were indeed using the second license, as I originally suspected :)

I've sent you the first license again. Please re-install it following the instructions. You can also automatically get it from https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php

That has to be "time consuming"  ???
