On may 20, I ordered GrimeFighter and payed for it the same day.
But did not recieve my license
I had no result with telling this to Avast support by email
They send me from wall  to wall .. (we say is else in Dutch)
Avast support says we do not know your email adress but the used it on may 20....
What can I do?

Strange, it should be on one of those websites.

Don't know how to get that ticket.
The Avast Support Team again says the have no valid purchas with my emailaddres. Nevertheless they confirmed mij purchase in the Avast Shop (Dutch version) tot my addres!
I stop with this, no sense, feel scammed for € 19,99

You will get the ticket number if you submit one.
