Make sure you don't delete the spyware that Arovax Antispyware detected completely, just quarantine the spyware for the moment.   :)

Yes... There are some false positives...
It will be good if the Ignore List retains the info from one scanning to another. Right now, each scan detects the same false positives and we can't ignore them 'forever'.

don't worry i always qurantine and see how my system runs after it has been moved than a few weeks later i will delete it.
