"NG is not using Volume Shadow Copy Service anymore"

Many people have reported problems with Windows Restore not working, and running out of free disk space.
Often it is because Avast may set System Restore max usage to 50%, and create many restore points.

Is this change suppose to fix the issue where Avast may set max usage to 50% ?
Does it fix the issue where Avast may delete previous restore points (not created by Avast) ?
Does "NG" = "Secure Virtual Machines" ?

Yes, this is decoupling DeepScreen / NG / Sandbox from the Windows System Restore infrastructure, making it totally independent. I.e. no more conflicts with SR or similar services.
