Disappointed in Quick Connect service

If you would check your records you'd see there were 4 attempts to fix my problem running Windows Media Player.  When I finally gave up on you guys I managed to fix the problem in 30 minutes using a Microsoft link.  While I kick myself for being lazy this experience makes it unlikely I will renew my troubleshooting service with Avast Quick Connect.  Your people were mostly very nice (except for the last guy) but they don't seem to know very much.  The only thing they seemed to be doing was running standard one-size-fits-all scripts.

That is not avast but a third party and there are many complaints about it.
If you want real help, use this webboard or the ticket system.
