Grimefighter has stopped some of my programs from working - including grimefight

Help! Grimefighter has rendered my outlook email useless, and has gotten rid of other programs I use (still discovering things missing). I tried to run it again so I could undo all the changes, but now it gets frozen at the PC sedated stage and won't work. I have tried multiple times with no success. So it seems that the grimefighter process has also rendered grimefighter unworkable.

Very unhappy. Does anyone have any solutions?

Update - after trying multiple times to get grimefighter to work so that I could undo the previous scan, my latest attempt gave me the option to undo - even with the error message associated with the freezing PC setation screen. Computer now back to where it was originally and time to try get a refund!
