Is this a Facebook virus message

Today when I checked my e-mail account, I found a message from a friend of mine which was sent to my Facebook account. It looked like this:

This is the way it looked in my e-mail when I opened it. I haven't dared to open it in Facebook, thinking that it can be some virus-infected stuff.

I have tried to reach my friend and colleague and ask about this but haven't managed to get in touch with that person yet.

I have on my website links to several online scanners.
I suggest you let them scan the links.

Can you suggest a certain program?
Most of the links on your site seems to be for removing old anti-virus programs.
