Google do not like interference where they have a monopoly position,
so that declares their position on privacy apps that conflict with their main revenue model.
Disconnect filed a complaint against Google in Europe:

Whenever they are forced to allow Disconnect back into their App Store it could be for Europe only,
as they probably will not allow it world-wide.
Glad I installed ABP before Google banned the adblocker.
