Avast and Family safety bug
« on: June 16, 2015, 04:10:23 PM »
Some users in Russian sub-forum found a bug between avast and family safety. Microsoft support told him that this is a conflict between avast and family safety filters. The error message "kernel_mode_trap" appears only in children's account.
He using AIS, Windows 8.1 pro x64 (another user has the same specs)

I asked him to generate support package,
file ID: ZPKQS
package name: 20150429_1853_ZPKQS_209189331.zip

(it was uploaded on 29 april)

You can find the original thread in Russian-speaking zone here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=170184.0

I've already sent PM to Lukor, but didn't get any reply  :(
