1 Problem Message on Android
« on: June 29, 2015, 10:26:36 AM »
I have a Sony Xperia Tipo. This morning I switched it on and got this problem message: "cache_vts_GMM.m"   /mnt/sdcard/Androi...apps.maps/cache/    Unknown error occurred.

Avast wants me to either Delete, Report as false positive or Ignore.

I've never seen this before so any advice on what this is, what to do etc would be much appreciated.

In case its of any interest I don't think I have "App Cache Cleaner" on my phone.

Thank you for any help or advice.

Thanks for your help but I am not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean an Avast rescan or something else? What exactly do I do? Thanks

Hi,

yes, go into the virus scanner feature and perform a storage/SD card scan (you might need to check a checkbox for this somewhere in the feature options).
