Not taking password

I bought Avast Premium for Android.When entering my long password,it says is too short.Made another longer password still same problem,first time I encounter that kind of problem.The software is still unregister after more than a week.What the solution?,thanks in advance for any advise.

Where are you being asked to write down your password?
There is Avast settings password but also license file, activation code, Avast account password, Avast PIN...
