Avast break access to some sites
« on: April 27, 2015, 09:19:21 PM »
During lat month I start noticing that a lot of sites I've usied before are not accessible for me.
It turns ut that some of them where broken by avast, once I've added exception to the web-shield - (or disabled avast at all) - they start working for me
for example it is grooveshark.com or html5.grooveshark.com

here is what I got for the last one
GET http://html5.grooveshark.com/ net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

Hi Andrey69,

I think you should provide essexboy with links as demanded here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
Maybe there is dns altering (mal)code active on your OS  :o

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

I am having the same problem as Andrey69, for a variety of sites, others are having this problem too (http://thisinterestsme.com/err_incomplete_chunked_encoding/), specifically when using Google Chrome and Firefox.
