Hello,

I guess I am one of many people..
Rooted phone:

-I installed avast mobile security, then Anti-Theft rooted
-set up pin, set up e-mail, no avast account yet at that time
-not sure if set a name, didn't set up second phone number for rescue
-uninstalled mobile security, uninstalled anti-theft via usual uninstalling
-forgot about it
-flashed stock recovery via adb/fastload
-now stuck in bootloop with usb debugging forbidden.. calls seem to come through (phone vibrates), but that's it.
-signed up for avast account in hopes to be able to fix the problem remotely, but can't connect device since no access past bootloop

(Can provide purchase reciept, phone package box, etc if that helps)

Why is it possible to finish the installation of anti-theft without setting up the web account in prior????

You got it wrong.
When installing avast a account on https://my.avast.com is created.

Did you uninstall according to the instructions?

Yes I read the article about incorrect uninstallation..after having done it incorrectly already.
I uninstalled via usual tap on app, drag to uninstall..
then flashed stock recovery to flash a custom rom
now stuck in bootloop with no access to usb debugging

so if the account is created for me, why is my device not showing?
