Continue meldingen over Malware (Svchost.exe)

Hi!

Voor ongeveer meer dan een week lang blijft Avast meldingen geven over dat het een infectie heeft geblokkeerd, en dat gebeurd elke keer wanneer ik de laptop open doe. (Gewoon de klep open doen, gevolgd met het invullen van de wachtwoord. Niet helemaal opnieuw opstarten) Het zijn dan gelijk ook weer rond de 4 of meer meldingen.

Er staat dan bijvoorbeeld:
URL:         http://simplesitescan.net/4141/TrimModule_142669093010972.dll
Infectie:    URL:Mal
Proces:     C:/Windows/System32/svchost.exe.

Andere voorbeeld URL's zijn:
simplesitescan.net/4141/SystemVisual
anthicago.com/4141/RelayDouble
alwaysIsobar.com/4141SegmentProlonger

Het zijn ook deze URL's die het vaakst voorkomen.

Tot nu heb ik de volgende progamma's gebruikt:
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware
Avast Free Antivirus (wel duidelijk denk ik)

En dan nog (niet zeker of ze wel toepasselijk waren voor deze situatie maar deed het toch voor de zekerheid):
Eusing Free Registry Cleaner
TweakNow RegCleaner
CCleaner

Maar het lijkt niet echt te werken en ze komen de volgende keer gewoon weer terug......

Kan iemand me vertellen hoe ik dit kan oplossen of wellicht mij advies geven?

Oke, bedankt voor de reactie. Ik heb dus nu even die aanwijzingen gelezen, en ik zou dan een aantal keren wat bestanden moeten posten.

Als bijlage heb ik de Scan Logs van MalwareBytes eraan gehecht, twee omdat ik het twee keer had uitgevoerd.

We hebben ook de beide log bestanden van Farbar nodig.

Hoi Sophie :)

Ik heb expert essexboy gevraagd om je te helpen, en hij komt altijd in de namiddag/avond online.
Helaas spreekt hij Engels, en geen Nederlands, maar zijn instructies zijn altijd erg duidelijk, vaak zelfs met screenshots e.d.
Mocht er dan toch nog iets niet duidelijk zijn, dan zijn wij er altijd ook nog.

CAUTION :  This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan.
  • After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S0].txt as well.

Ik weet niet of essexboy vanavond nog online komt om de logs te bekijken.
Maar hoe is de situatie nu ? Zijn de berichten van Avast gestopt ? ( Did it stop the alerts from Avast ? ).

Tot nu toe geeft Avast geen meldingen meer. Ik denk dat ik voor de zekerheid nog maar een dag ga wachten ofzo (en hoogst waarschijnlijk op essexboy's antwoord). Straks gaat hij morgen toch weer door.....
Ik zal daarna wel aangeven of het helemaal opgelost is of niet :)

Ok, so the Avast messages have stopped.

Zowiezo bekijkt essexboy de logs.
En als alles ok is, zal hij je vertellen wat je verder nog kan/moet doen :)

Subject to no further problems   :)

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems 

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean  :thumbsup:

A good workman always cleans up after himself so..The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset  System Restore points:

Remove tools

Download and run Delfix
Select the options as shown


Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programmes:

Malwarebytes

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean

Unchecky

Click on the link above to be taken to Unchecky.com
click the very large Download button.
click Save
Click Open folder
Right click on the Unchecky_setup and choose to Run as Administrator
Once open click the Install button.
Then click on Finish
Unchecky is now installed and will help you keep unwanted check boxes unchecked, this is a fire and forget programme  ;)

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system and to keep them updated.
