my.avast.com not showing information for attached devices

Hi,

When logging into my.avast.com it will not show any information for any of the devices attached.
Tried different browsers & computers.

Can you help?

Please make screenshots of each step you perform and attach them to your next post.
Don't forget to remove personal data in the screenshots such as email address.
