When i turned my pc on today both my scanners where offline while i got microsoft Security Essentials working again Avast doesn't wanna start anymore ?

Perform a repair of avast and reboot.
If that doesn't solve it, perform a clean installation.

Repair and reboot don't work guess it's a clean install then.

You shouldn't use two resident AV, so pick only one and try again.
