Otimização não executada

Tenho a licença do Avast Premium, faço a verificação e ele aponta "problemas de desempenho", dou o comando para otimizar o PC e ele me direciona para a loja, sugerindo que eu compre a licença. Por que?

Por que o Avast Cleanup não faz parte da versão Premium e requer uma licença à parte.
