AVAST FREE -> aswRvrt.sys bremst Systemstart aus!

Hallo und mir ein herzliches Willkommen hier im Forum!

OS: Win 7 Home Premium (32 Bit) - AKTUELL (Mitte/Ende Juni 2015) -> Installation im Mai 2015
AV: AVAST Free Antivirus - AKTUELL (Mitte/Ende Juni 2015) -> nur AVAST, keine andere AV-Software o. ä.


Nach dem Urlaub muss ich jetzt das Notebook meines Schwiegervaters irgendwie wieder zum Leben erwecken, da ich AVAST empfohlen habe. Aber wie?

Die Symptome sind ja bereits bekannt:
-> 06.06.2015
-> 21.05.2015
-> 29.12.2014

Das System läuft beim normalen Start beim Win-Logo + "Windows wird gestartet." fest (Freeze Screen). Irgendwann kommt für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde ein Bluescreen und das System startet wieder mit den üblichen Auswahlhinweisen für die Windows-Fehlerbehebung.
Gleiches gilt für Systemstartauswahl "Letzte als funktionierend bekannte Konfiguration"!

Bei Auswahl "Abgesicherter Modus ..." läuft das System beim Laden von aswRvrt.sys fest, dann wieder irgendwann für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde ein Bluescreen und das System startet wieder mit den üblichen Auswahlhinweisen für die Windows-Fehlerbehebung.

Auch der Systemstart von der Installations-DVD wird verhindert ... das Startlogo wird noch angezeigt, danach schwarzer Bildschirm mit Mauszeiger ... das war's ... FREEZE!

Was nun?

Bitte dringend um Unterstützung, damit ich den Schwiegervater wieder besänftigen kann.

PS: Bin selbst Mac-User und nicht mehr ganz so Win7-affin. Sorry, aber der Mac läuft, mit und ohne AVAST!

OTLPENet geladen, mit einem weiteren Win7-PC auf CD gebrannt, Reatogo XP startet ... aber dann bleibt ein hellblauer Screen und das war es dann wieder.

FRST ist bereits auf einem USB-Stick, der aber noch nicht erkannt wird.

Download the following three programmes to your desktop :
 
 
1.  Rufus 
 
For 32bit systems
2.  Windows 7 RC  I will PM the link
3. Farbar Recovery Scan Tool  
 
 
Insert the USB stick Then run Rufus
 

Select the ISO file on the desktop via the ISO icon. 
 
Press Start Burn

Then copy FRST to the same USB   
 
   
 
 
 
Insert the USB into the sick computer and start the computer.  First ensuring that the system is set to boot from USB 
Note: If you are not sure how to do that follow the instructions Here

When you reboot you will  see this.
 Click repair my computer  
 
 
Select your operating system  
 
 
Select Command prompt 
 
 
At the command prompt type the following  :
 
notepad and press Enter. 
The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open. 
Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad. 
In the command window type e:\frst64.exe  or  e:\frst.exe dependant on system
 and press Enter 
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive. 
The tool will start to run. 
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. 

Press Scan button. 
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
