At the moment the only real advantage the free for business has (besides the fact that its free obviously) is that it can centrally manage Macs.
Either of our on premise consoles easily beats it in terms of features, be it control of the endpoints, reporting features, scan setup, status monitoring, and pretty much anything else excluding ease of setup in case of comparing with the EA. It also cannot push deployments, only deploy via email or a manually distributed installer, which I believe will be an important consideration for any enterprise-level customer with more than a few dozen clients.
The client does have a better engine since its based off the 2015, but that is only a minor difference in protection effectiveness. I would be surprised if a customer with more than 25 clients would opt for the free solution considering the typical needs of such clients.
