Avast's behaviour is shocking

Hi all

I am not a complainer but! I have purchased  Avast premier and my licence expires next year

Today, I was reconciling my bank account, and I found that Avast had taken £39.99 out of my bank to renew my licence!!!

What are Avast trying to do?

For sales and related matters, licenses renew, refunds, open a ticket: https://support.avast.com. Please, understand that the forum users can't address these issues.
Sorry for the inconvenience. They should refund you (if the error is on Avast side and not on the reseller), no worry.

I have instructed by bank to cancel the payment, and to block any more payment requests
