This dialog appears when any file is received by MSN?  ???
I can't believe that...

Does it help to stop the Instant Messaging provider, e.g. using the popup menu - rightclicking the avast! tray icon?

dear, i'll tell my friend as soon as possible...

The type of files were .jpg apparently...

IN fact yesterday, we tried to keep the windows open with no action done on that windows
then she had no issue in receiving any files from msn.
I tried to send a .txt and  .log files and nothing special happened. and other photos...

Then she rebooted her computer and the avast software was still installed..
I do not get informations about the fact of the screen for desinstallation....

I suggest my friend to scan all its computer, she done it, and nothing ... :-[

i'll tell you more if the issue is coming back.

best regards.

Hi, please check settings for virus scan in MSN. It's possible that there is path to avast! setup, which can cause uninstall when file is received...
