MS EDGE and Forum Buttons

I mentioned this in another Topic and I know others have noticed the Buttons/Smiles don't function with this Browser.
Would this be a W10 issue or MS EDGE Browser issue?
I haven't come across this issue on other Forums I frequent but on Avast forum there's an issue somehow. :-(
Hopefully, Can we expect this will be corrected/resolved soon. :-)

Its definitely a MS Edge issue since the buttons and smilies work for me in Firefox on Windows 10 :)

I read somewhere that the Edge browser is one of the Metro style browser App not like a full blown browser. Is that correct ?

It is not yet ready for use as it is a basic browser that will not accept any addons or additions

Well that's not my experience as EDGE works just fine with Buttons etc on other forums I frequent, for example no issue with MBAM forum or Wilders (And Others)
imo The forum here doesn't seem to support EDGE

Yup that's it. :-)

I'm going to use FireFox for now as there are other issues with Edge at the moment. For me I'm finding it jerky at times, not smooth. At times with extra tabs I'm finding it does not respond immediately and a common Bug experienced by many (if googled) is typing at times will just stop when using edge, the key stokes for example will stop responding when posting.
So FireFox for now   lolol

In Edge, bb code does not work unless you do it manually this is bold. I surrounded "this is bold" with the code.

All forums smiles don't work for me with Edge.

@ schmidthouse, you can use the IE browser in Win 10...it works like normal.
