avast support ticket

How do I contact avast support- the product was purchased for an older machine that died while tring to install a paid version-paid for with a PayPal account and my email as the contact. I did not recieve the email that would let me get out of the auto-renewall, have not been abe to use the product as the machine it was for died. I would like to cancel the purchace but can not find a way to contact the company outside buying another copy.
