Neither the taskbar icon nor the desktop icon will launch the Chrome browser. When I double-click the desktop icon, I get a little mouse pointer swirly action, AS IF it's trying to launch, but it does not. With the taskbar icon, I get nothing. Task Manager shows no instances of chrome.exe
