Hi folks!, i m having trouble to identify two devices connected to my wifi network, detected by Avast Internet security 2015 , Tool: Scan for network threats

First one appears as eM Technics Co Ltd, the other one as SONY CORPORATION.

How can i found more information about it? things like MAC, BRAND or stuff like that?

Search in google shown the first one as a Satellite TV Box, the other one as a playstation.

Funny or intrigue thing is that my router doesnt detect them!

How can i get rid of them if my router doesnt even detect them?

Hope somebody can help

thanks for reading.

Tried to factory resett your router, and setting it up again with a new password?
also check if new router firmware is available...

Thanks for reply!

I did router reset and one of the intruders still appears eM Technics, Co Ltd. (Tv satellite box???)

I will try later the other suggestion

Another interesting thing, clock and date freezes when i turn off my computer, i.e., if i let it off for two days when i restart it its clock shows shutdown date & time. ???

By the way, upgrading the router firmware is not an option, i contact my cable Service and it doesnt allow me to do that, just told me they are going to track my connection until they find the problem, and ask me if i allow them to do that, i say yes.

Hope that solve my problem

i keep in contact
