The email has the following instructions:
1. Select Settings > Update
2. Scroll until you see the subheading "Program"
3. Under the Program section click on "Update" and allow your PC to restart
4. You can start using your Cleanup now
My PC didn't restart so I clicked on (If the automatic activation doesn't work, please follow this tutorial.)
I got the activation code, clicked on "Settings", but there is no "Registration" on the left as depicted in the tutorial.
