Need for Another Paid Service found through Smart Scan

When I do a Smart Scan, the results list shows that I need to have 3 gigs of junk files removed from my hard drive.  Yet....Avast Total Support has cleaned my machine regularly...in fact, just yesterday.  Still....I'm told I need another paid service.  This doesn't inspire confidence.  What is Total Support for if grime is still left on my machine?  Kind of reminds me of iYogi.

Pondus....the issue is that Avast Total Support should be cleaning my machine.
