does avast! work with Microsoft Edge?

When I use Microsoft Edge I don't see "this site is safe" icon on searches and such and I wonder if it scans my gmail when I open it through Edge.

hey and welcome to the forum. if i remeber right the first verion of microsoft new browser in win 10 won't allow instaltion of addons at this time. but will be avably in the upcoming upgrade of edge when it will be avably.
