Run SecureLine from USB stick
« on: August 24, 2015, 12:25:12 PM »
Hey, I have an idea that would be great if its doable. I am forced to work on computers shared with a large number of other individuals. Traffic to and from the building is locked down pretty well and often times restricts me from retrieving necessary data from safe sites that are erroneously flagged as hazardous.

I want to Install Avast's SecureLine and LastPass on a thumb drive. That way I can use my subscription to both services while at work. I have no idea if this is even possible.

I Hope you get a response from Avast.
That is an interesting idea and I also am not sure if that would be doable.

If it is doable think of this, instead of a regular thumb drive, using a rubber ducky instead and installing a browser like Fire Fox on to the ducky.

Shouldn't take much code to make it functional. Insert ducky, runs secure line automatically, then opens the browser with last pass.

Still no response from Avast. Is that unusual? It's been a long time since I submitted that email to customer service..
