spyaware reports vulnerabilities
« on: August 26, 2015, 04:11:46 AM »
Hello, I'm using an app called Spyaware and it's been reporting that Avast Battery Saver has 7 risky permissions and took data and sent it to Ireland. It also reports that Avast Mobile security has 15 risky permissions and my data was sent to two destinations.

Are these considered false positives?

Out of all the apps on my phone, only Avast has a high threat rating according to Spyaware.

Hi, Avast Battery Saver doesn't collect any personal information. Here is a list why do we need permissions: http://1drv.ms/1GtU6Kz
We use Google Analytics to collect anonimized data how do people use our app to improve it. Data are aggregated without option to see one user only. Google may be using servers in Ireland.
