premier 2015 software updater not working correctly

I e-mailed support and received a response telling me to submit online, I am both an enterprise customer and reseller

Dear AVAST Support,

My Wi 7 computer is prompting me to update my Java 8 to a new build, so I checked the AVAST software updater which I know has my Java in, clicker refresh and it does not see the new Java Update, I have seen similar issues with Flash Player too,

If you need any more information please let me know what and I will provide that for you, I am a computer network tech so please don't treat me like an end user.

I also believe In reporting issues to companies to products can be fixed and enhanced.

Reset the database for the software updater.
On occasion it doesn't show the correct information.
Resetting it should solve it.
