Boot Scan file?
« on: October 10, 2015, 02:35:42 PM »
Hi,

Trouble with my laptop this morning. First 'black screen', only mouse pointer functional. Them full boot up but no internet connectivity. I opened in safe mode & asked for a boot scan, had to do this several times - eventually got the boot scan to run. By this time the internet connection had established itself again - I'd already turned the router on and off. So no idea what's going on yet. Where do I look for the boot scan file please when the scan is complete?

And where would I post it on the forum?

Thanks
