Infection, threat blocked warning everytime I open Mozilla Firefox

On my laptop only, as my desktop is pretty much set up the same way, as far as the browser goes, I keep getting a threat detected and blocked notice. I don't know if it's a false positive. In researching it, I don't find much at all. But then, as I've mentioned before, I'm pretty much just and end-user and know enough to fix some things and get me in trouble with others.

Anyhow, if the snapshot shows, this is the notice I get, well, I get a smaller box and the snapshot image opens when I click on view detailed report. Either way, is this a false positive? Is it a virus? Malware? What do I do? How do I get it to stop? Thanks in advance for any and all help and or suggestions.

Figured since there was yet any suggestions or replies or anything, and since it happens so often, I'd screen grab the other box that opens first that lets you view the details which is what the first screen grab image I posted.

Maybe posting these might or will get me some help or resolution. After all, just ran a full system scan and no threat was detected. If I keep getting nothing, I'll just start reporting, every time it happens that is, as a false positive and let whomever figure it out?

OKay, I'll post over there. Although if it's a virus or worm, I don't understand why when I did a full system scan as well as a boot time scan as well as scanned firefox.exe, no threat or virus or anything else came up?
