Lost all client

I got server error message. After relogin I lost my all cliens in cloud.
All clients says avast stopped and returned to free mode.

How can I restore them.?

Hi,

Can you PM me the email and company name that was on the account? IF the email is the one you use on the forum, I can see that one. The account for that email is showing the name "Test"
I want to take a look if the company name was different to see if I can pull something up that way.

HI,

Using the email on the support ticket you submitted, Im showing 37 devices on the account. It appears to be a free account and you should be able to hit the "try premimum" button and enter the payment info to get the devices back on the paid version.

I as well got a server error and can not connect to the management portal on Avast Business?  Something going on?

Back up now!  Whew.. I was having flash backs to Panda....  Loving Avast Business.
