renew your avast! Internet Security - 1 PC, 1 Year subscription
« on: September 06, 2015, 11:19:39 PM »
On 17/08/2015 I received an email from Avast, stating "This is just a reminder that we will automatically renew your avast! Internet Security - 1 PC, 1 Year subscription (Order ID: 8762204060) on 17 July 2015."

On 20/07/15, I sent U this. "It is the 20th of the month. The automatic update seems to have failed. I dont want my subscription to lapse. Please dont let that happen."

On 22/07/15 at 7:30 AM ( New Zealand time) when a message appeared on my screen saying that "my computer was unprotected because my Avast Internet Security had expired"

I immediately installed the new version paying $49.99 NZD.

I have since received this email from avast.

"Dear Vincent Dent,

We want you back! Clearly, we have lost your trust, and we'd like the chance to earn it back.

Since you left, we have continuously worked toward making our products better. Check out the improvements in the latest Avast Internet Security and the special "come back" offer that we have for you!

Get a full, one-year Internet Security license with a 58% loyalty discount!"

This forum is the only way I can find to communicate with Avast. If I choose to re-activate my Avast protection, I will be billed $29.99 for what I have already bought. Can I expect a refund?
