Hi Moroni, built-in creating ticket functionality doesn't provide me any ticket number except a successful message. I created another ticket. Thanks

You should have received an email confirming your ticket. I am searching using the email address your forum account is registered, but no tickets are found. Are you using a different email address when sending the tickets?

This problem does exist in v2016 beta too. I attached a video clip as well as all logs + generated details using SupportPackage generating tool to the ticket that time,  but supporter only guided me through basic steps! Seems no one cares.
