I can't find the way to request for refund.
Eventually, I intended to submit a ticket requesting refund, but linked page returns "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." message.
It's very disappointing the efficiency for charging (in advance) and that it's so difficult to even communicate for refund.
In fact, I haven't been able to communicate with support through writing; not from the very software interface, not from the webpage, not by answering Avast emails.
