EXPORTING REPORTS TO PDF ERROR

I've discovered today that reports fail with an "unknown error" if exported to PDF. It seems to export ok to HTML, or word however.  Anyone else seeing this?  They exported to PDF with no issues last week.

No one has any ideas on this?  Now only the export to Word works for the Coverage reports.  It no longer works exporting to PDF or Word for the infection reports.  Makes no sense.
