Clean up

Windows 10 reports Avast Clean up as an INCOMPATIBLE program!! That could be why everyone is having trouble. I have a subscription but can't use it. When will cleanup get with the program? >:(

Can you post a screenshot of the Windows 10 incompatibility message?
I'm running Windows 10 and Avast Cleanup is working as it should...

Open the pdf and take a screen shot or use the snipping tool.

It appears to be working properly now as Windows 10 has put the program into Win 7 compatibility mode. You have to do this manually as cleanup is not Win 10 compatible.

The problems keep mounting for Cleanup. I wish they had offered a free trial of the program before buying it.

An absolute, definite improvement from Grimefighter.

Yes, I agree but it's not quite there yet. Why, as the previous poster noted, do they not offer a trial period?

I don't know, but good question
I am just a user of Avast and can't speak for Avast.
You could contact them directly and ask.
