Uninstalled and re-installed avast, now can't get cleanup back...

I paid for a year of cleanup in August. Later, I needed to uninstall avast so I could run chkdsk as I was still having issues. Reinstalled avast afterwards, but the cleanup tool is gone. How do I get it back?

That worked perfectly - thank you so much! I had skipped over that when I looked at the FAQ since I didn't have grimefighter.

The link in the Reply #1 did not help:

Unable to activate Avast Cleanup after upgrading Avast free antivirus (uninstalling) to Avast Pro Antivirus (installing new and activating sucessfully).
Licence for Cleanup is seen in the activation menu, but after presseing "use this licence" button, it does not get Cleanup activated. The button turns into "proccesing scale" and nothing happens next. No error messages appear.

Any ideas what I may do to activate the Cleanup?

Thank you for attention.
Some one from tech support resolved the issue.
Now Cleanup is activated and working!
