Can't use Secure Virtual Machines (NG) on Windows 10 Home (x64)

Hi, I was able to use NG on my Windows 8.1 install, but after doing a clean install to Windows 10 I have lost the option. My CPU is an i5-2500k, hardware virtualization still works with Virtualbox and VMware, and with avast on Windows 8.1 but not with avast on Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

NG doesn't run on W10 yet.
