lock Outlook

I have Windows 10. Antivirus avast Premier, new version. Avast is blocking the mail. What should I do? I write through the translator. Therefore, the words may not be accurate.

The support program is not responding. On the Russian forum don't know the answer. Incoming emails are working. Outgoing no. When you turn off the avast, everything works
