Avast total support is Awesome! Have had them over 3 years, they continue to give me fantastic support. Recently needed support, got " David" at the tech center. He was courtious, very knowledgable, and quite frankly the best tech I have ever worked with. He serviced my computer on 09/23/15, spent over 2 hours. I had several viruses, missing drives and had numerous problems after reloading windows from the installation disc. Did not get the survey, but I would give him all 10's. Keep up the great work.
